Game of the week
The fist game of the week is an unsung hero of a game, one that never got much publicity when it was launched but is still one hell of a fun game.
The basic premise of the game is that a tanker containing a leaking nuclear weapon has to travel across a city, on a predefined path, unfortunately there are a number of buildings in the way, the obvious thing to do therefore is to blow up the buildings in the way (obviously some sort of planning problems at council level) What follows is a mad destruction frenzy with you commanding a number of different vehicles and flying machines and bashing the hell out of everything in the way. Other levels include races which you can find secret paths by, yes you've guessed it, by leveling buildings and building new shortcuts.. You get bonus points for leveling the whole city and completing the destruction in the quickest time Pure unadulterated fun, brilliant!
Gamespot ranked the game at 8.4/10,and called it 'frighteningly entertaining'. you can read the full review here
